As the former DEIA Pipeline Leader at Amazon Studios, Mark successfully placed interns and early-stage professionals in entertainment industry leadership roles, demonstrating high-level business development and strategic program development skills while establishing KPI metrics for global stakeholders.
As Global Sales Champion at Amazon Turkey, Mark led the launch team, developed marketplace strategies, and contributed to a $50M marketplace growth among third-party Sellers. His leadership in targeting, launching, and fostering partnerships globally drove revenue and created win-win scenarios for US and US Sellers. In a prior role as a Strategic Account Manager at Amazon, he managed a portfolio of 75 global merchants while concurrently championing diversity and inclusion through the Amazon Black Employee Network (BEN) as Community Engagement Director.
Before Amazon, Mark made significant contributions as Supply Chain Director at Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR), implementing tools to reduce operational costs and increase productivity. He has also held roles of progressive levels of leadership at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Florida Power & Light (FPL), Microsoft. He holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Development from Saybrook University, an International Business certificate from Hong Kong University, an MBA from Clark Atlanta University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from Morehouse College.
